Kristian Hardis - one of the best diamond cutters
At Brandt Diamant, we are proud of our employees. Not in the least of our diamond cutter, Kristian Hardis.
10 years ago he took an apprenticeship with us and has stayed with us ever since. During his decade, Kristian has cut for clients like Tivoli, Novo, Royal Unibrew and Avedøreværket.
Kristian is also a trained agricultural manager, running his own farm when he is not diamond cutting for us.
Kristian possesses the perfect combination of professionalism, accuracy, speed, and overview to solve even the most difficult tasks.
From student to professional
Nicklas Sebbelov is a good example of our cooperation with the technical colleges when it comes to spotting the right people from the start.
Nicklas was enrolled at Roskilde Tekniske Skole when we offered him to work in our company in order to get to know one another. Both parties were happy with the cooperation. Nicklas then joined our company and has been internally trained by his coworkers, as there is not yet a formal education for diamond drilling and -cutting in Denmark (but we are working on this to happen in the future).
Since then, Nicklas has turned into a drilling professional and is constantly developing - and it is a great joy for us and the clients he works for, e.g. Københavns Metro, Novo and the new prison in Nørre Alslev.
We are proud of Nicklas' work, his eager to learn and how quickly he has taken our profession to heart.
To us diamond cutting and drilling is like fighting fire with fire.
Therefore it requires an extra ordinary effort respecting the environment when we drill and cut.
Brandt Diamant engineers are specialized in working in sensitive environments.
It can be call centers or computer rooms, pharmaceutical or food industry.
All these "sensitive" locations make heavy demands on both machinery

The equipment we use in sensitive environments is designed to be less

For a variety of jobs, we use low-noise blades.
In practice this means a reduction of top-noise of 15-20 dB, but it is perceived as if the noise is halved.
This means a number of advantages for the customer:

• Ability to perform the work in during the day
• Improved working environment - for both the client's staff and
our own engineers
• The most modern and efficient blades
• No extra charge compared to ordinary blades
The blades and the technique were developed in close cooperation with the main supplier of the blades.
We have outlined a report in co-operation with Alectia, a consulting engineering company. In this report, a comparison between the new and old blades is made.
